The story behind BananaSplit
A note from the founders on why we decided to build it.
Hey there,
Why build another splitting app? Because nothing worked the way we needed.
The idea started in Bogota. International transfers were expensive and slow, so we used crypto. Then we asked: why is this not automatic for everyone?
Years passed and no app solved this well. So we decided it was now or never.
We wanted web and mobile done right, great UX, and easy import/export. Existing apps still miss that.
So we are building the app we always wanted: BananaSplit.
